- Email/Account Information: If you sign in with email through Firebase Authentication, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.

📊Usage Data
- Session Statistics: Number of sessions completed, session duration, and frequency of use.
- Streak Data: Your daily usage streaks and patterns.
- Custom Patterns: Haptic patterns you create within the app.
- Referral Data: Referral codes used and referral rewards earned.

- Subscription Status: Whether you're a free or premium user.
- Purchase Receipts: Managed securely by Apple and RevenueCat (we never see your credit card details).

3. How We Use Your Information

VitaVibe uses the following third-party services to provide functionality:

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

- ✅ Delete Your Data: Reset your account and delete all associated data through the app settings.

- ✅ Cancel Subscription: Cancel your premium subscription anytime through your Apple account settings.
- ✅ Update Information: Modify your account information through the app.

7. Children's Privacy
- VitaVibe is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
- The app is COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) compliant.
- If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected information from a child under 13 should contact us immediately.
8. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active.
- Usage Data: Retained for analytics purposes and anonymized after 90 days.
- Deleted Accounts: All associated data is permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion.
- Backup Data: May be retained in secure backups for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes.
9. Notifications
- 🔔 VitaVibe can send daily reminder notifications at 8 PM (optional).
- You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings or within the app.
- We do not send marketing notifications or promotional messages.
- Notifications are designed solely to help you maintain your wellness routine.
10. Referral Program
- The referral program tracks referral codes and rewards to provide premium access.
- Referral counts are stored securely in Firebase.
- No personal information is shared between users through the referral system.
- You can view your referral status and rewards in the app settings.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
- We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
- For significant changes, we may notify you through the app or via email.
- Your continued use of VitaVibe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
